Capello's almond flour is the one almond flour pasta that I have found. You can find it in the freezer section of Whole Foods. It's a little pricey but I find it worth it for certain dishes like Spaghetti in Clam Sauce. I often use hearts of palm pasta as a substitute which I also love.
Capello's also makes fettuccini, gnocchi and ravioli (I only like the cheese one).
Who says a state of wheatlessness has to be pasta-less.
